You will need to create an account to use this service. You must put the name that is on your tax bill. This service is free for taxpayer owned property.
Starting September 5, 2023 a $6.00 fee from BS&A will be charged to look up property you do not own that is located in Berlin Township. Please be advised that you will be re-directed to a website hosted by BS&A Online.
For your convenience you may utilize the online payment system provided by Certified Payments to make payments to Berlin Township.
There will be a 2.5% fee per transaction or $2.00 Minimum fee.

Many of our residents have birthdays, showers, family reunions and anniversary parties at our Senior Hall.
Residents ONLY may rent the Hall for $125.00 with a $100.00 deposit.
A $500,000 insurance policy through your insurance company naming Berlin Township as an additional insured party is mandatory.
There will be a $25.00 fee for a reopen of the hall.
The Hall is a non-alcohol facility as of Jan. 1, 2010.

A flag retirement drop-off box has been installed in St. Clair County administration building, allowing residents to properly dispose of old and worn American flags.
